Dominique is a Registered Clinical Psychologist in Barbados. Dominique graduated from the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, following which she completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. During her time in Florida, Dominique worked in both residential and outpatient settings, which included direct contact with children, adolescent, and adult clients alongside their families. She now practices as a coach and mental health therapist in Barbados working in a private practice setting. Currently, Dominique's interest including coaching clients who are working towards personal development, improved motivation, goal setting and accountability. Her therapeutic interests include family dynamics, trauma and substance use. Dominique has training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, mindfulness & self-compassion, and working with LGBTQ+ clients.
Life coaching is a collaborative partnership between a coach and a client, designed to facilitate personal and professional growth.
During individual therapy you’ll meet regularly one-on-one with a qualified therapist to explore your feelings, early life experiences, and any personal difficulties you are currently facing.
